Referrals To Our Programs
Referrals may be submitted by telephone, by faxing a completed referral form to the main office, or by using our secure website. Contact is attempted in response to all referrals within 24 hours of receipt in an effort to schedule an early intake assessment.
Working Concepts accepts a variety of payment methods for services including Ambetter/Exchange, Peach State Medicaid, CareSource, Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), and self- pay to utilize a sliding fee scale.
