WHO WE ARE
Working Concepts Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that has been providing community-based life skills counseling and job readiness training to disadvantaged youth, people with disabilities, and dislocated workers since 2008.
To educate, support, and empower families to live life successfully.
WHAT WE DO
We help people develop the skills they need to live independently and manage their lives more efficiently. We offer life skills counseling to individuals facing various challenges that hinder their ability to live independently, providing support and guidance to help them overcome these obstacles.
Our job readiness training aims at identifying job openings, understanding the application and interview process, worker rights and responsibilities, problem-solving, motivation, and on-the-job behavior. It also integrates specialized AI tools, training you to harness artificial intelligence for job searching, resume optimization, interview preparation, and career advancement.
"Working Concepts continuously plays a HUGE part in helping clients such as myself succeed in their goals."
Job Readiness Graduate, Maurice
