Community workshops are the primary way we deliver our programs.

Workshops are offered in person at libraries, senior centers, community spaces, and nonprofit partner locations virtually through live online sessions.

Workshops are designed for beginners and do not require technical experience.

Most community workshops are offered at no cost to participants and are supported through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Partner Based Group Sessions

We work with nonprofit organizations, libraries, schools, workforce programs, and community groups to deliver training to their audiences.

These sessions are tailored to the needs of the group and may focus on topics such as:

• Online Safety and Scam Awareness

Partner based sessions are designed collaboratively to ensure content is relevant and appropriate for the audience.

Open community learning sessions provide flexible opportunities for individuals to learn in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

These sessions are ideal for:

Open sessions often include introductions to AI, digital safety topics, and question and answer discussions.

Open learning sessions are usually grant funded or donation supported and offered at no cost to participants.

Educational Resources and Guidance

To support learning beyond live sessions, Working Concepts Inc. provides educational resources and curated guidance that participants can access independently.

These resources reinforce learning and help individuals build confidence over time.

Resources may include:

• Plain language explanations of AI and digital topics

• Guides and checklists

• Curated lists of trusted tools

• Online safety tips and learning materials

Educational resources are offered at no cost as part of our commitment to digital inclusion.

Customized Training for Organizations

Some organizations request customized training for staff, volunteers, or program participants.

Customized training allows us to adapt content to specific needs, audiences, or goals while maintaining our focus on responsible and accessible technology education.

Customized training may include:

Customized training for organizations may be sponsored or fee supported to help sustain and expand community programs. Individual participants are not charged.
